I was with a wonderful group of ladies and we were talking about self-control. We focused on eating.
I have worked with so many women who have been on all sorts of diets. Many women have found themselves to be at one extreme or the other when it comes to eating. Either they neglect their body and eat whatever they want or they were on a very strict eating plan. Neither is good. So, the question is how do you define moderation when it comes to food?
One person hit the answer on the head. She said, just eat 2 Oreos, enjoy then but do not the whole box.
